had blood donation on sat .. my 1st time .... really scary coz duno wa to expect.... but it all turn out well... kept showing ard the purple tape ard my arm to tell ppl tht i have done a gd deed... well... turn out tht there was blueblack all ard the wound -where the needle was placed to draw blood out ... kinda scary... taking part in the round ubin with serene.. she wanan take k2 ... so we shall vanture through the seas ... going to be on a diet program.. started yesterday .. ran with my sis./... it started out as a run .. but ended up as a walkaton ... polo is boring ... duno how ppl's brain works ... juz didnt fit mine ... not use to it ... dun feel easy ... bye bye ... shall brave through the storms once again .. like i use to ...i dun care ..
